There are more than a dozen lakes scattered about the Keweenaw, each with its own unique geology and surround topography. While not to be used for navigation, the following maps have been created in order to get a better understanding of each of those lake's characteristics such as shape, depth and shoreline features. These maps also provide information on suitable boat launch sites, public shoreline, and complimentary historical features of interest.
